Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, rental property count and locations, and the message you submit. When you request the toolkit, we collect your name, email address, and whether you choose to receive educational emails. We also record the source page and the time of the request. Do not submit tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive documents through these forms.

How we use and process it

We use inquiry details to respond to your request and discuss potential services. Toolkit requests are used to provide the requested PDF. If you separately opt in, we use your name and email for landlord tax resources and related service information.

Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them to our team. Kit manages optional email subscriptions and the LandlordTaxPros toolkit tag. Resend handles toolkit delivery emails when sender verification is available. Our hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and secure the website. These providers may process data outside your state or country under their own policies. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Educational emails are optional; opting out does not prevent downloading the toolkit. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those emails. For access, correction, or deletion requests, use our contact form and mention “privacy request.” We may need to verify the request and retain information where needed for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Storage and security

We keep inquiry and subscription records as needed to respond, administer your preferences, and meet applicable obligations. We restrict use to those purposes. No method of online transmission is completely secure. A separate secure process will be arranged if tax documents are needed for an engagement.

Cookies and tools

The rental calculators run in your browser. Their inputs are not submitted to us. We do not add advertising trackers or behavioral analytics to this site. The hosting provider may use cookies for access or security, especially while the site is in private preview.

Educational use and service terms

Website articles, PDFs, and calculators provide general U.S. federal tax education. They do not account for every exception or state and local rule, and are not a substitute for advice based on your facts. Tax law and guidance can change. Calculator outputs are estimates, not return-ready figures or promises of savings.

Sending an inquiry, requesting a download, or receiving general information does not create a tax adviser–client relationship. Services, scope, qualifications relevant to your engagement, fees, and responsibilities are confirmed separately before work begins.
